What’s the story?
Mr Mulligan’s creates themed crazy golf courses at venues across the UK. We recently helped them put the finishing touches to their new venue, Mr Mulligan’s Lost World Golf, in Milton Keynes.
What was the requirement?
The signs and graphics needed to illustrate the lost world theme and build excitement, while still making the venue easy to navigate for customers. We designed a series of entranceway and directional signs with a bright, colourful jungle theme.
What was the solution?
Working closely with the ‘lost world’ theme and logo, we designed a concept to tie all the graphics together. We then printed and installed a number of elements, including:
- External signage on the doorway and building
- Window vinyls applied to glazed entrance
- Illuminated entrance logo
- Hanging and wall mounted directional signage
- Backlit logos for the reception and bar areas
- Free-standing instructional signage
What were the results?
Having worked with Mr Mulligan’s on their Newcastle venue, we had a good understanding of what the client was looking for. The challenge was creating all the elements they required and fitting within their budget. However, with careful planning and considered design choices, we made it work and the finished venue looks fantastic.
