What’s the story?
The Rank Group Plc is a large, international organisation that operates within in the gaming and entertainment sector. They recently approached Digital Plus to help with the branding of their Sheffield office.
What was the requirement?
The Rank Group came direct to Digital Plus with a brief to brand their brand new Customer Solutions Hub in Sheffield. The centre provides support by phone, social media, email and live chat to millions of customers who visit their venues or play and bet online.
They wanted to create a vibrant and exciting working environment across the whole space, branding meeting rooms, training rooms and breakout areas. They also needed areas to brainstorm ideas and display company news.
What was the solution?
We were provided with a series of digital illustrations that reflected both the gaming industry and the Rank Group’s company values and began by making these fit within the walls spaces spanning the meeting, training and breakout areas to tie the space together with a bright and contemporary feel.
The graphics were added as full colour digital wallpapers and we also created magnetic and dry wipe walls, hanging signs and tabletop graphics on the call centre floor, plus door signage and staff information boards. The whole installation took around 4 days to complete.
What were the results?
The effect is a bright, modern and vibrant space for employees and clients to enjoy. The space is creative as well as practical, making for a rewarding and productive working environment.
